Subject to stock availability samples are generally delivered within 2-3 working days although the turnaround may be slightly longer during seasonal periods. We would therefore ask if you could allow 3-5 working days for delivery, if at this point they have not arrived, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How much is delivery for my order?
UK Mainland Deliveries (excluding Scottish Highlands)
Standard delivery charges are £49.00 per pallet plus VAT delivered to UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands). We can get up to 22m2 on each pallet of handmade and 33m2 of machine made tiles, there are discounted rates for more than 1 pallet to the same address.
Non Mainland Deliveries
If you live outside the UK mainland or in the Scottish Highlands you will need to contact our sales team who will be able to provide you with the best possible price for your delivery.
How will my order be delivered?
All of our tiles are delivered either through a nation-wide courier company or one of our own vehicles depending on your location. We have two delivery options:
For tiles: Our standard delivery is 3 - 5 working days (Subject to stock availability) but you must allow up to 21 days delivery in case the tiles are being brought to the U.K. from our Spanish depot.
For sealers etc.: Our express delivery time is 1 - 2 working days (Subject to stock availability) Orders are normally delivered between 9am and 7pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
When will my order be delivered?
Once you have placed your order either online or over the phone one of our sales team will contact you to arrange delivery. It will be necessary for you to provide a contact number when ordering. You will then be advised on estimated delivery dates
Is it possible to have my order delivered to another address?
Yes it is possible to have tiles delivered to another address, however you will be required to provide us with the full delivery address and a land line contact number. For security reasons we will contact you to arrange a delivery date using the landline number provided.
What time will my delivery be?
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to specify a delivery time, all deliveries should be between 9.00am and 5.00pm so please ensure somebody is available to sign for the order.
What if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?
All orders will need to be signed for on delivery unless arrangements have been made prior to delivery. If we are unable to acquire a signature, your order will be returned and a second delivery date will need to be arranged, additional delivery charges will be made for a redelivery.
What if my tiles are damaged, or the order is not correct?
We would always recommend ordering at least 5% extra tiles of your ordered amount to cover damage in transport, allowances for cutting or under measuring. All damages and irregularities must be notified within 2 working days of the delivery being received. You must notify us of the exact amount missing and damaged tiles photographed, free replacements will be sent on the next available delivery. Due to the nature of the goods it will be deemed acceptable if there are a few broken tiles totalling up to 5% of tile quantities ordered and would recommend that you use them where cuts are necessary. If on first inspection you notice that there are damages please indicate this on the drivers paperwork.
What if I order too many tiles?
Unfortunately we do not accept the return of surplus tiles, however we do recommend that you order approximately 5% extra for cuts, breakages and any future repairs.
What is your Returns Policy?
If you are not totally satisfied with your order for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. Please be aware that you will be fully responsible for the return of goods and any associated costs of return. We will only process refunds for goods received back complete and in a resalable condition. A 10% restocking fee will be charged against the original invoice amount less delivery charges. Your cancellation request must be put into writing and received within the 7-day period. Special pieces, which have been produced or imported at your request, are not returnable and therefore non-refundable.
